Meet Jamie Washington
Lighthouse Management Properties was founded by Jamie Washington, a Savannah native with a passion for hospitality, property care, and creating experiences that make people feel at home.
Jamie’s journey into vacation rental management began through her cleaning company, Simply Cleaning, where she provides daily, weekly, monthly, and deep-cleaning services for residential and commercial properties—including vacation rentals, medical offices, warehouses, and more.
Working closely with Savannah vacation rental properties gave Jamie firsthand insight into what happens behind the scenes of a successful guest stay. That experience sparked an interest in hosting and property management, leading to hands-on training and mentorship beginning in March 2025.
Today, Jamie combines her experience in property care, cleaning, hospitality, hosting, and management to provide owners with a truly hands-on approach.
Your property isn’t just another listing. It’s a home — and it should be treated like one.

Guided By Hospitality
The name Lighthouse was inspired by Jamie’s brother, Quomaine Washington, who has always described her as a lighthouse — someone people can count on for direction, safety, support, and a helping hand when they need it most.
